Hmm i wonder if any former residents from the 80's are looking at this or ever visited dogwood village to see how well it's expanded..i was there in 1991 and due to the internet ,i wonder how the kid's are enjoying thier private time because back in the day we did'nt have the luxury of cable t.v or a computer or wifi NOTHIN but just plain t.v it was really boring the only thing well being in love with either the girl in the next cottage..

so i'm dogwood village has expanded it facilities but anyway the kids at dogwood village need's loving parent's like you to show them love because i was there i know what's it like some kid's do'nt even go home on a weekend pass some just stay there with a feeling of being left out if any want's to make a difference in this cruel world adopt a child at dogwood bcause you will be making a difference in a child's life.my name is robin cavicante,45 year's & i was lucky to get my mom back

It's about time! THAT youth villages and my former well headman at dogwood village ,pat lawler got on youtube i was 16 years in 1981 and pat was ??? well young he had a light yellow 80 chevrolet station wagon we had lot's of fun at dogwood village in prehistoric times let's see we had one t.v in cottage 4 25inch floor model duh we could get to watch what we wanted to watch there was no internet there was just that tv & my houseparent name was mrs brook's she was cool did'nt take no mess either
