These guys are fantastic, but because of the nature of the act I think it translates better with smaller audiences. There's some old recordings of Tenacious D doing shows in smaller venues and half of the comedy lies in the confused audience reaction... people aren't sure how to react when faced with something obviously ridiculous and yet wholeheartedly sincere.

These guys have hilarious sense of humor. You cant deny that. Just look at their facial expressions. They should not have been voted off before eliza scheleganganganagnger.
