The enclaves arent dead cause I notcice that armour. I used the tesla body with brother hood helmet for no charisma penalty on fallout 3.

@ShotDead247 You can find it as loot in the game, but you have to go through about 25 deathclaws and the mother cazador to get it...take some missles!
