Cam reguardless, that wideband is a very important feature in a turbo ste up. Might want to do some research on what they actually tell you :P

1. that cam has a lot of duration for a turbo and that isn't usually good.
2. please tell me the digital gauge was not a wideband o2 reading!

Seems like BS, boosting ten lbs at idle? Either artificially activating the boost gauge or using an undersized turbo. Pop the hood.
