Very inappropriate!!! I watched one crash in Cuba while there, and it wasn't pretty, two dead in the crash. It crashed very close to people relaxing on chairs on the beach. I would personally report any of these that fly over me that close. Air requirement is to fly 1000 feet above or 2000 feet away from any person or structure. They should fly at their own risk away from crowded beaches , and not endanger other peoples lives while flying these machines. I am a pilot..Strictly Fixed Wing
