From Television Tea Party, broadcast by the BBC on 26 Sep 1955 - at 16:01-17:01! It was in fact a launching party for the new daily programmes for women which started on this day. Petula is introduced by bandleader Edmundo Ros to sing the song which first launched her to fame in 1942, when, aged 9, she sang it on the radio show 'It's All Yours'. The song was written in 1901, with lyrics by Frank Lebby Stanton and music by Ethelbert Nevin.

Thank you for your efforts. Legendary song for Petula if you read her biography on Wikidpedia which drew me to this youtube link. Her voice is beautiful as his her story. DownTown remains my all time favorite of hers, but so many others to choose from. The Wedding Song is most extraordinary.
