Wake Up
We are Waking UP to the fact that our country is at war, that our government is no longer protecting our basic rights, that our planet is in distress, that our way of living is not sustainable, and that 10% of people and corporations hold 90% of the wealth in the world while the remaining 10% of people are struggling just to make ends meet. We recognize that we have stood by feeling fearful, helpless, or angry watching all of this unfold.

We recognize that we have allowed ourselves to be divided for too long by the color of our skin, what we believe, who we love, how much money we have, or where we are from - believing that difference is something to be feared or mocked. This has prevented us from realizing our individual and collective power. We recognize that one person can make a difference and that together we have the power to affect change in ourselves, our communities, and our country.
