  • whats the heat comparison from the HDD to SSD?

  • very nice, by the way your entrance is amazing:P

  • Gonna have one of these fellows with 7 on it; a 2TB standard HDD for storage. I know theres a slower write speed but hey, Windows 7 will be loaded off it :P

  • @gippula without going into too many technical details - SSD'd reserve certain amount of space for their operational needs - effectively taking a chunk out of your total drive capacity.

Manufacturers put 120GB for example, but it's more for marketing, in all fairness they should advertise the EFFECTIVE capacity instead :)

  • I just bought the vertex 2 120Gb. I am a littlebit confused about the storage capacity. It's suppose to be 120gb drive but before i even installed Windows 7 64 bit it only showed capacity of 107Gb and it still does? How is this possible?

  • @xLycosax ight thanks homie

  • xdd..y have this type of ssd in my pc... i have 2 ocz vertez 3.5'' in raid 0..i just worder if with ps3 will work!

  • @AUGUSTYNO hahahahah lmao no, god damn console douches. get to pc gaming.

  • @jamn805 thats right! :)))) u only get faster loading times u can put also games so they load up faster and so on allt he thing ofc that use memory. so it like runs faster pretty much in memory usage things.

  • So in order to get the "SSD performance", do I need to install the programs I want to use onto it? I want to run Vegas with this, so should I install Vegas onto it for the performance?
