@Kyoshiro797 Hah, awesome comment!

I'll bet you're doing that in front of books so we know you're not just a muscle head ;)

I guess the only way to find out is to try it out. Sit down and do it. If you succeed, you're strong enough - if you don't, you're not ;)
-
how do you know when you are strong enouth to do this?
-
i always rock my forehead on the ground once or twice while doing these.

honestly though, what kind of fitness level were you before you were able to do this? I mean, is there any kind of training you would recommend towards achieving this skill?

@zacbra I've done virtually nothing to achieve this, I've just always been pretty strong compared to my bodyweight. When I recorded this, I had done some weight lifting and had been practicing capoeira for some time as well. "Some" being about 4-5 months of each I'd say.
Recommendations: Practice L-sit, tuck planche and handstand, those are the three static positions this trick goes through. When you have those down (and can hold them for a few seconds), start practicing the whole transition.

@zacbra The gymnasticbodies forum has a lot of solid information on the things I mentioned. :)

@Datkylekid
Hah, I apologize! ;) Well, I had practiced it a lot, so yeah, it was pretty easy. Not sure how long I would be able to hold the handstand for now, I haven't done this particular trick in a while.
