@Chocolateluvr1987 It's never stated but every time you have sex you take the risk of getting pregnant, contraceptives or not. You have to think before you act - if you don't want a child with this person, the only 100% way to guarantee that is to not have sex with him/her. If people thought before they acted, there would be fewer unwanted/oops babies being born.

I still feel bad for Sally, even though she is responsible for her own actions, because she is acting this way because she's in love with him, and he knows that. Of course it's her business what she does with that, but Nick just isn't being straightforward to either Sally or Tess. The fact that Sally is an adult doesn't rob Nick of his responsibility of being decent. I don't think Sally got pregnant on purpose, but I don't remember - is it ever stated?

Sally is a grown woman responsible for her actions. I should know - been there done that. Took me years to own my part in it but it takes 2 to make a baby. And I did say they BOTH should be smacked! :-)

What does she do to trap him (it's been years since I watched the show)? She's pregnant later and tries to get him involved with the baby at first, which is hardly 'trapping' him.
The fact that he used her before, to me, does not justify him using her again. Just because the person you're using knows you're using them doesn't mean it's right. She may rationally 'know' better, but she loves him and he should not take advantage of that in this way and use it as a free license to be a jerk.

Nick and Tess both made a lot of mistakes with each other. They turn to other people they didn't really love to get over their feelings for each other. Tess was scared of following her heart and Nick was scared of getting rejected again. It doesn't matter though. They are still one of the most romantic, beautiful couples I have ever seen. The way they loved each other so completely was beautiful. I want a love like their, and this scene is amazing.
