I love the picture at 2:51. I agree, ignorant and irresponsible people that chain their dogs up and don't socialize them are the REAL problem.

It really is sad that dogs are tortured for who they are, there breed. BSL is sick and cruel. No dog should go through their life like that. Ban the owner, not the breed.
