Chris in Cincinnati - I have 2 sets of ICESPIKE's so far and I can say bar-none these have offered the BEST traction for the trail running around the 7 hills community. Cincinnati is not known for a lot of snow, but we get mud, sliding, and slipping on the trails because of high rainfall...like crazy. One last thing, my Adidas cross training shoes wore out BEFORE the icespike's did...and I can reuse the ICESPIKES...incredible!

I'm sold! Ice Spikes work great, and I have been running on ice all winter, without fear of falling. Love mine, and highly recommend the product!
