Victims family claim Minnesota cops planted gun

In the summer of 2006 19-year-old Fong Lee was gunned down by Minneapolis police officer Jason Andersen in north Minneapolis.

Andersen claimed Lee was evading him and was waving a gun while not stopping for over a block while the officer chased him.

So, Anderson shot Lee eight times.

Now, surveillance video released by Rich Hechter, the Lee family attorney shows the end of the chase between Officer Andersen and Fong Lee.

Hechter, along with experts he hired, says the video shows Lee was not carrying a gun during the chase.

Shot 8 times? That is just overkilling so that Fong can't testify against the cop. COPS are suppose to know to shoot the guy in the leg and what not so he goes down, not kill him. here's the truth..if a cop shoots, he's shooting to kill because the victim won't be a witness in his own case to testify against the crooked officer

the officer knew what he was doing and really meant to kill Fong Lee for no reason except for hatered...that officer is known to be racist agianst other non-white groups following this case

let's put it this way. Fong lee didn't have a gun and happens to be out that day riding his bike. suddenly from the corners of his eyes sees a police car with two police men and the one on the right side of the car was holding a gun planing to shoot. Feared for his life fong ran, hoping to find help or shelter. Instead was shot by a rookie police officer after shooting 8 times found that it was false. The other police officer was not questioned in the news, but are hiding evidence fearing jail.
