i think i can help mediate, even though i'm a lifelong yogananda-style kriya yogi, not a tantrika. anand is teaching a less enlightenment-focused tantra and a more enjoy the moment first, and 'expand your consciousness in general' approach to tantra. i don't think she's trying to pose as a spiritual master; nor is english her first language!(?). she's simply teaching that conscious breath, movement, and sound, predictably help sex and the rest of life be more enjoyable for many folks...perhaps u

Tantra is "like Yoga or Zen?" and you don not teach Tantra, but then you say you teach Tantra so which is it. Also, Tantra is Yoga, and Zen is a form of Buddhism,which another form of Tantra which is Yoga, therefore Yoga,Tantra,and Zen are all Vedic in origin. So what do you do again, I'm confused, as I think you are.
