Call of the Dead - Pack-a-Punched Scavenger and Glitched George

Hey guys, was playing a solo game when i got the Scavenger Sniper and had enough to Upgrade it :) So I did and this is what you get.

When i upgraded it though i saw that George was in a glitch that he couldn't get out of?? Very Weird.
