That's not 96th Street, that is the Village, around 10th Street. St. Joseph's Church in the first shot gave it away to me, then the old courthouse and women's prison (the red brick building).

@rwf36 Truck is Satellite 1, carrys canisters of foam, large armounts of 5" supply line and the monitor i believe is a 5" monitor. They are used to spray large amounts of water pretty much.

Satellites used to be a part of the super pumper system (google it) and since that was taken out of service...the satellites now carry alot of foam, ALOT of supply hose (5") along with a massive monitor.
