Video Edit By DJ_Ethan
"Kung Fu Fighting" is a song written and performed by Carl Douglas and Vivian Hawke, and produced by Biddu. It was released as a single in 1974, at the cusp of a chopsocky film craze, and quickly rose to the top of British and American charts. "Kung Fu Fighting" was also number one on the soul singles chart for one week. The song also is famous for its use of the quintessential Oriental Riff, a short musical phrase that is used to signify Chinese culture.

  • Nobody messes with The King.

  • Elvis will always be remembered first & foremost as a PERFORMER, & this example of his so-called 'Martial Arts expertise' was just that: A SHOW. Elvis may have brought awareness of the sport to the forefront by utilising it in his shows, but his form here is VERY sloppy & should not be considered representative atall of the true Kenpo Karate form. He did study karate in the army, but his ranks in Kenpo were honourary, NOT earned. Long live Elvis the musician, but NOT the Martial Artist, sorry.

  • Yah!
