Seems like with your device you're spinning the honey from the center of the frames, out. Bees build their comb with a slight upward slant so the honey wont flow out before they cap it. It is best to spin the comb with the top of the frame facing out to avoid damaging the comb, so the bees have less work to do when cleaning and re-building. Although its a nice design, this is something to consider.
