Well we call that a pole sign and the guys on the ground without hard hats are idiots and yes it is lit see the wires.

Ill be moving to SC in about a month. Ive already visited there and a lot of the signs Ive seen in the Carolinas are bigger than most of the ones Ive seen here and handled. Im hoping to be a sign guy again to get me started down there. Im just hoping the work enviroments there are a bit calmer than here

I am a Sign guy here in MD. It does not look like it's illuminated, so I wouldnt expect there to be hardly any complications with the installation. How long did it take to put that up?

took a half day to set the 2 bottom steel sections, then another half day to set the third stage and the sign cabinet itslef. the cabinet is illuminated with metal halide lamps.
