On the tail end of a glorious European trip, Natasia, my wife and I visited one of Italy's famous museums. We were about to leave the museum when I turned to my wife and said, "Wouldn't it be great if you could capture the expressions of the faces of these people, people from all over the world that have come to see one of the world's most famous works of art?" She said simply, "Well why don't you, we're here, we've come all the way to Europe." And so I sat in the corner, me with my friend's Hi-8 camera, and this is what we saw. And, oh, as for the "famous work of art?" Well you'll see...
I just wanted to say thank you for creating this wonderful video. As an arts educator I first used this video about five years ago to show fellow arts teachers the impact art has upon us, and upon humanity as a whole. Perhaps it keeps grabbing me because I have had the good fortune to see "The David" on two occasions. Nonetheless, I keep coming back to it time and time again...and here I am, using it for an opener again this week. Bravo!! Thank you again!!
