Looking at this again...I am no Tigerphile (as far as the whole swooning-for-celebrity thing goes), but man, does he get perfect contact on the upper half of that driver face...and boy, does he ever unwind from the ground up about as well as anybody since Nicklaus, with the club staying nicely in or even under the plane. Mmmph. Good.
That's why it's often hard to believe the machines. The opposite happens too--scratch players who drive it 300 all the time on the course, but test on the machine at some ridiculous number like 220. I think about two-thirds of it is marketing bullcrap, just a way to get to false certainty without actually hitting a ball with a club outdoors, observing flight, etc. I can't even believe people will spend $400 on a driver without ever once having actually seen ball flight.

omg ! i dont get it sorry , 139 mph ? and it only goes 297 ? with club head speed that should be atleast 360 yards
