does the spider valve combo have modern high gain and does it sound digital i want sper modern high gain i been looking at a randall t2c hybrid.

@metalmusiqcrzy Yes it can do the modern high gain sound pretty well. Check out my video "EMG 85 Take 2". It shows the high gain sound that I used the most.

I was thinking of getting a spider valve 1x12 with a Strymon tube pre-amp mod with 3/4 back .

In this video does your Spider Valve 112 have a G12K 100 watt speaker just like your avatar? Also if the amp is 40 watts then why did you get a 100 watt speaker?

In this vid the SV had the 100 watt K-100 as well. It is perfectly fine to run high wattage speakers in a small combo. You wont be able to get any speaker cone breakup from them at that wattage but they still sound awesome ;-)
