A non turbo tranny will blow when adding to a turbo SAAB, it can't take the torque! Try getting a non turbo tranny it's your best bet.

@robertdave Thank You! In the long run I didn't wind up doing anything with either of those Saabs. Sold 'em both. Still got my 900 convertible though.

The calipers are afraid of banjo music and have completely retreated inside their shell, hence, no braking action.
