were you there? I am speaking of Dr Pierce as a OB/GYN in general. He is an excellent doctor and this alleged behavior/character is not his style.

There are numerous forums covering this story. If you google "shut up and push Pierce" a whole mess of them pop up. There's a registered nurse at Rush Hospital that says Rush Hospital has fired the almost finished Dr. Scott Pierce. It took them way too long to wake up! Wake up Rush Hospital! Go Smell The Coffee"!

At least you'll know that you won't have a sadistic nut like this to contend with. There are number of forums on this story. Just Google "shut up and push Pierce and dozens pop up". In one of them a nurse, a registered nurse claims that the future Dr. Scott Pierce has now been fired from Rush Hospital. Guess it just took a while for them to wake up and smell the coffee!
