Mate, calm down! I'm happy a Melbourne team is doing well and better then any other State. I don't follow the sport so I assumed it wasn't as successful as Melbourne Victory. Since they are so successful, why don't they get average crowds of 27,000 like Melbourne Victory. Against Sydney FC they drew 50,000. Grand Final week next and tickets will be sold out in 30min as previous years. Nuf said

@MelbKnights the storm have been minor premiers 3 years in a row. won 2 premiershipsin the last 4 years.are world club champions this year....and have a few of the best rugby league players in the world in their squad. nuf said!

this is one of the reasons i love Melbourne no matter what the sport we always get great crowds. looking forward to the new rugby and soccer teams i hope Sydney can do the same with the new AFL team.

i'm an Adelaide united fan and yes i hate musket etc... but i think this is AWESOME, it'll have only about 31,500 or something which is great coz the atmosphere would be great, the stadium looks great!! this will do great for the a-league in many ways

And BTW it was the NRL and ARL committing to bring SOO and tri-nations games to Melbourne that got the go-ahead for the stadium. All the Victory did was hold the thing up for a year.
