That really is not fast roping from my understandin for it to be fast roping you should not use your feet to control the speed of descent. Or atleast thats how I was taught to do it.

Thats not fast roping, fast roping is when you use only your arms to go down the rope or atleast thats how real men do it!

I have something for you, why are you saying that Air Assault School is harder than Air Borne School?
This is an airforce video. Air Assault and Air Borne are Army divisions.
