This clip, animated by Leslie Allen, and starring actress Tay Blessey, comes from the live action movie, "AmericanEast," an Arab-American film made by Los Angeles-based director Hesham Issawi. The movie also stars Tony Shalhoub of "Monk," Kais Nashif from "Paradise Now," Sayed Baderya from the upcoming "Iron Man" movie, and "The L Word's" Sarah Shahi.

Everything in this video is wrong, except for muslims being the top scientists back then.

Chronologically in this video ...

- The spread of Islam was by war and force, in no way voluntarily.

- The Crusades were actually an answer to a prior Islamic invasion in Europe, therefore defense, not an act of agression.

- The whole "other religions had it so good under Islam" is bullshit propaganda by muslims. There are barely other religions left in muslim countries, how good could they have had it?

@EricLDunn Have studied islam? How many authentic islamic texts have you analysed? I live every day as a muslim so Im pretty sure being a muslim women, having studied islam I would have a pretty firm grasp of their position.Your right people are free to leave islam if they choose -there is no compulsion in religion,and we hold beliefs about those who do that -but hey if your not a muslim then why should that even bother you? It must be very painful to not understand these simple things-Go learn!

Islam abolished slavery is one of the most stupidiest claims ever of course Arabs will say that they are pathalogical liars and who knows them more than Turks who ruled upon them for many centuries. I was non-muslim until I was19 then by my OWN choice I CHOSE to be muslim! - ALL BECAUSE THE RIGHTS AND TREATMENT OF WOMEN..... My hub treats me better than any non-muslim women gets treated or any non-muslim man would treat their spouse.... I have the choice to leave islam if i chose to - but its the rights and wisdom are so pure.... why would anyone apostate if they have true knowledge?

what a terrible way to give dawah about islam. through a bunch of chicks smokin weed....it gives her no credibility to talk about islam as a spirituality. she may have covered the history and the geo politics but theres almost no mention about how islam is a spirituality that pushes one towards self improvement.
