That is not a doll it i a Rockin Ralph, ah pain is beauty (so I am told..I am not a beauty but also not in pain)

I love it so much, don't worry about the shoes, he'll grow into them :-)

Loved Christopher's laugh at the end of the vid!! He is, just like his brother, beautiful!! If you have a bears factory(does some smaller)/bears workshop the clothes might be the perfect fit.
