COP15 did nothing what a waste of money 100 million dollars down the trash. Could have helped the starving world not just bring food, help them build a nation.

@bonsaipavo. I think countries should have devided into level of amount Co2 generated instead of economic status. China bringing developed/developing country urguments to protect Co2 emmition they would like to keep by pretending themself as developing country. What matter is environment, not size of economy...absolutely not for economic growth. In short, what you do with money in spoiled environment which cannot be regain.

@tokyocityrat it's due to the Kyoto protocol...countries were divided in 3 groups: annex 1 (developed), annex 2 (developed helping developing countries) and developing countries...in 1997 china was considered a developing country...that was 1997, and right now no one has changed this fact...so china has no vinculating reductions: in other words has the right to do nothing about it...

China = Developing country with its ecnomy size? and size of Co2 they generate?

"Dhemart..." Most of us dont speak SPANISH on here!
"Global Warming" is a LIE! Cant the "experts" find it ironic how Co2 was suddenly declared a THREAT after all these centuries! And JUST IN TIME for a "Climate Meeting"! How convenient! SCREW THE ENVIRONMENTALISTS , the EPA and Al Bore!
'Some' of us do not wish to completely change/ lower our standards over a complete LIE meant specifically to take control over us all! This isnt even ABOUT the "Climate" or "Co2"! Its about COMMUNISM!

If you speak spanish, you can understand this.
You should check Venus... they have a lot of CO2. ;)

yeah, but at the end of this whole thing, the 3rd world countries are going to be worse off than they started, they dont need money towards climate change, they need money for food, water and to get out of control diseases out of their country.
