Godforsaken Rook 3

A similar video to Godforsaken Rook 1 and 2, but well worth another look. The bird seemed cold and damp, but let us hope that the warmth of the sun would cheer it up a bit. The rook is a very gregarious bird, and probably the bird that represents the english countryside more than any other. This film taken in a wood in the centre of Malham, the Yorkshire Dales. This was a trip organised by the Rochdale Field Naturalists Society although as a disclaimer I do not represent the RFNS in any way and I am not really a member. That is the red tape over with. But what a beautiful bird the rook is. Date: 13 August 2011.
