English cosmetic surgeon Dr. Edward Bunting (Brad Hills) needs a change. Bored with his monotonous job of boobs and butts he embarks on a journey to find "one true angel", a person (hopefully female and hot) who was actually born and raised in Los Angeles.
With the help of his nerdy companion Bill (David de Lautour) on the camera Dr. Bunting sets off to make a documentary chronicling the various people they meet along the way.
