No doubt. Having practiced Moo Duk Kwan for 21 years (Dan # 31050), I don't like seeing the SBD organization pushing focus away from the classic forms that we share in common with so many other traditional styles. When I do searches on Youtube 90% of what I see is chil sung ... and yuk ro... etc. I think it would be great it we as TSD practicioners shifted the focus back to these classic forms and reconnected with the styles of Japanesse and Okinawan karate that actually influenced our art.

It is nice to see a Soo Bahk Do dan doing a traditional classic form rather than something that was made up in the last 10-20 years.

Actually, there are quite a few traditional forms that are done in SBD...
5 Pyung Ahns (also known as pinan or heiean in shotokan and isshnryu)
3 naihanji forms
O Sip Sa Bo
Passai
Kong Sang koon
to name a few....
