  • Roberts is OK, but he's no Hugh.

  • @lazarous69 yeah i know he did. and im glad :D

  • @oblongfan1 Paul left the band in 2006

  • Just... no.. I've always known the Stranglers as the classic Stranglers - I though they split and then reformed, I didn't know about the new singer , its just not the same at all.. Good on him but its just not the Stranglers.

  • 5:13 - 5:18 Piss off pal, either sing it properly or not at all.

  • i remember when hugh left and it felt like a bereavement, and afterwards the band seemed to flounder, trying to find direction. however they are back on track and writing quality material. baz is doing a sterling job,not quite hugh cos who could ever replace him?, but still they have resurrected the idiosyncratic sound and are still the best live band ever.

  • I'm so glad they're a four peice again...

it's so much better without paul... They're FUCKING AMAZING NOW

I saw them 2 days ago and they were fucking stunning...

  • the final years with Hugh were lacklustre musically, but without him it's a sad farce
