To all watching this viewing, i LuWanna Jennings would like to share that I do not appreciate these comments being place on media resource, nor did I know they would be; I realized later I had been misformed by a family member of Kofi A. Suffice it to note that just a few months after having commented I spoke with three prominent attorneys and a prosecutor who allowed me information resulting in my disassociating myself from any more communications about this case. @musikvamp I think the point is that someone who didn't actually kill someone got sentenced the same as a person that actually did the killing. Lets say you and your buddy agree to rob a convenient store. You are in the store stealing merchandise and all the sudden your friend pulls out a gun and kills the clerk. You get a murder charge even though you had no idea this was going on and played absolutely no part in pulling the trigger. I believe that is the type of scenario Carson speaks of.
