This is just horrible. And the fact that I can see Lake Hodges from my bedroom window doesn't help either. I live in an apartment complex called Vista del Lago, and it's RIGHT THERE. Cant really stand it anymore... =(

@platinum1578 its just that this girl has been missing for almost a year and when someone is missing and they go on the news and people despreately looking for her isnt because of race. why does everyone think of race ???? well not everyone but most people.

You judges (and DA's) who don't believe in the death penalty, who choose to spend tax-payer resources on life-term jail sentences for these murders (which cost 1.1 million dollars per an inmate's life-term). i think thats bull. Its a fact of innocent vs committer. Chelsea did not do anything to deserve this. She did not bring this upon herself yet this happened to her. Gardner deserves worse than the death penalty to what he has done to Chelsea and his previous victims. im talking torture of some sort. He is a sick man who didnt deserve a second chance at life.
