@BelieveingIsSeeing Well thats a big sigh of relief! I don't understand how that works though, don't the same rules apply to both positive and negative? How come negatives don't get stronger when we release them too.. it's very confusing to me, but thanks for reassuring me!

Nice Video...Very Honest...just based on the calmness and peacefulness in your speaking, I'd be willing to give it a try. Gosh..."replaying worst case scenarios in my head"...lol...that is ALL I SEEM TO DO! Why should we all be scared of the bad instead of anticipating the good? messed up. if this reverses that, I'm in.
is it possible to do the sedona method wrong? what if i say something bad and release something i dont want to release (i have ocd and my mind tends to play games). I'm scared that I accidentally released something I didn't want to. thanks

@poonanipancakes You definitely don't have to worry about doing it wrong. Releasing drops away your own judgements / limitations about something. If you release on a good feeling or something positive, it actually feels better. Often when something feels good you are holding on to it so that you don't lose it. You only release the sense of needing to cling to good things. Negative things also drop away. Just be aware that with any type of work like this some "bad" things will reveal themselves.

lol Well said and good work on your Self.... As much as I love my chosen system of breathwork healing modality, I also give clients tools to use when I'm not able to physically be there for them. Guess what else is in my toolbox? :)

@intentionalbreathwrk Thanks.. the two work really well together.. for me the breathwork is more intense- look forward to you putting some videos about it here.

The Sedona Method book is the most amazing book! I read it everyday, and everyday it reveals something new to me about myself. Nothing has ever come close to what it has done for me on every level of my life.
