An authentic, simple Italian appetizer...made in a very traditional manner.

  • I guess its easier for some (like yourself) to go to a restaurant...I mean wasn't it a waste of time to single out this video with your 5 words? Guess that didn't take much effort and wasn't a waste of time enough. You're a loser.

  • Wonderful chef!!!

  • That loaf of bread is an I.E.D.!!! TAKE COVER!

  • good that u pronounced it as "BRUSKETA" not "BRUSHETTA"

  • This was good.

  • are you italian or iraq

  • can you make a large quantity and freeze it I have tons of tomatoes from my garden and i dont want to waste them thanks great video

  • @DocNayan Everyone has an opinion and everyone is an expert. Impressive recipe bro. Have you ever fine diced olives and put it in the mix? I've been thinking about trying it that way. I literally just got finished making bruschetta for some friends coming over tonight and thought about adding the olives but decided against it. What are your thoughts?

  • i really don't think that italians would put the olive oil in a spoon to measure it, ye they'd just go to town with the oil. its not a precise science

  • THANKS SO MUCH.

Wonderful video. I'm going to get the ingredients tomorrow morning, and make a whole batch. It's 1:40 am right now! Although it's winter here, and I can't grill, I'll bake the bread in the oven. Why I was looking for Bruschetta recipes? My family went out to an italian restaurant yesterday, and I had my first taste of this delicious dish. Thanks again, Don.
