I did a vipassana retreat at shelburne falls last year. One of the best things I've ever done for myself. In 1:27, first tent on the left, that's where i slept!! haha! nice :)

hope my application for this year is accepted, this is a very real and true teaching. Ajaan Chah and S.N. Goenka are great teachers :)

Look at their postures. Most people are sitting with rounded backs. And nobody seems to check them.

my 10 days at vipassana course are the best and most beautiful days. i request u all if possible attend this course. its free of cost and sure will give u that thing which is priceless. i am glad that i got opportunity to attend it.....if have doubts worth to give a try..... best wishes to all

My normal day-to-day life is more retreat than that!
