I also have a reel to reel of that day. What a great station WIBG 99 AM was. Hy Lit;The Rockin' Bird,Joe Niagra;Frank X. Feller;Bill Wright Jr.;Tom Donehue;Doug Arthur;etc,etc.
It was my teenage years radio station. Many fond memories. Thanks

Did you happen to find that tape a a south Jersey radio station? I used to have WIBG's last day on reel to reel. back in the 80's, I had some friends at a competing radio station, and they wanted to make a dub of my WIBG aircheck. I loaned it to them, and never got it back. I had some of the aircheck on cassette, so I could hear it at home. On my You tube channel, I posted an aircheck from the same morning you did, but a different hour. That would be wild if you have the tape I lost!

Gypsy Woman by Curtis Mayfield of the Impressions? Sounds like he updated it from an earlier version, like he had a solo album later?

I found it at a fleamarket in a box of tapes that came with an RCA open reel machine. It was bought in Boyertown, PA.
