Just thought I'd combine a little harmonica practice with some video and photography from the Valley of the Sun, Phoenix Arizona. This is a pretty simple tune although I readily admit that I butchered it pretty badly. I also left out a verse so I'll list those lyrics below.
I used Pinnacle Studio 12 software to compile, edit and render the final video for upload to Youtube. I used the "Threshold, Mostly White" effect, with about 75% transparency and cropped to only take up half the screen. No effects were used for the photography other than using black & white on a few of them in addition to the natural color ones. They were mainly chosen to highlight the different colors that appear in the sky here as a result of the rising or setting sun.
I also deviated from the tabs at the end of one of the lines where I went up the scale instead of down, but I think you can easily pick up how to do that. I was using a Suzuki Fire Breath diatonic harmonica, first position, key of A.
Here is the verse that was omitted from the video:
In all my dreams, dear, you seem to leave me
When I awake my poor heart pains
So when you come back and make me happy
I'll forgive you dear, I'll take all the blame.
what harmonica did you use? is it a C ?
