Pokémon Stadium 2 - Poké Cup - "Time Warp"

ANNOUNCER CHRONICLES - PART 2

It's the return of the Makeshift Announcer! Ted Lewis is still sick at home, and there's a Poké Cup that needs announcing, so I'm forced to step up to the plate once again. This time, it's the Stadium 2 Poké Cup, but the team that's taking it on here is composed entirely of Pokémon from the Blue version--in fact, the same team that challenged the Stadium 1 Prime Cup in an earlier video of mine. The idea of playing RBY Pokémon under GSC rules was an old favorite of mine, which I called PMPF for "Past Meets Present format" back in the day when generation 2 was still considered the "present."

Compared to the previous announce job, I can't speak for how interesting the battles are this time. I did put in a conscious effort to make sure everything was better choreographed, and in fact unlike the other video, where I only put one take into everything, this time around I recorded myself playing through the cup 3 times and chose the one I thought would yield the best commentary (though the commentary was still done in one take, as before, which is a good thing as speaking almost nonstop for 47 minutes really gets to the vocal chords).

How bad is this disease, whatever it is that's afflicting the standard announcer? Will this replacement announcer have to come back for more? Who knows...maybe you should just stay tuned.

Im new to pokemon stadium 2 & I was wondering if I can use my DS to connect instead of the nintendo advance.

That doesn't even make any sense. The only thing the Stadium games can read data from is a Transfer Pak that plugs into the back of a N64 controller.

@SadisticMystic OH!! I see. but how did you get that thingy where it says blue after has the ID in stead of rental where you regularly choose? It's been very hard for me to get the poke cup greatball. Btw can you make a vid how to do that thing with the transfer pack?

You...plug it into the controller and then you plug a game cartridge into the Transfer Pak. How hard can that be?

I have a level 52 Starmie and Charizard, Vaporeon too but I doubt it will help, can you give me ideas on what other pokemon to use on my Yellow version? I do not have access to trading or another gen 1 game
