@snaggypaggy Lui gives an example of of his Machine press drop set in the link available at 2:37.
To clarify what is written, you should do a drop set consisting of 3 sets of 8 reps=24 total reps. Don't do 24reps x 3 sets unless you're looking for a trip to the hospital or you're an advanced body builder who knows what he's doing.

I don't understand it completely, in your 4 month plan here is the first exercise : "3 Drop Sets of incline Barbell press (8.8.8) IE: each set will have 24 reps", I am confused. After doing 8.8.8 am I finished on that exercise, or do I do (8.8.8) 3 times? Since there are 3 dropsets to do, therefore I end up doing 24 x 3? Please can anyone help who reads this since Lui will probably not have time. THANKS!!
