【材料】:梅花肉600g、五花肉600g、絞肉1斤、蒜仁1兩、青葱1兩、香菜1株、醬油1碗、醬油膏1/2碗、米酒頭4大匙、冰糖3大匙、白胡椒粉1/4小匙、五香粉­1/4小匙、八角2粒、肉桂1/4小匙
【做法】:
1、梅花肉切塊、五花肉切塊,蔥切段、蒜切塊。
2、起油鍋放入肉塊炒出香味後,再放入絞肉、胡椒粉、酒、醬油、水、醬油膏拌勻,再蓋上鍋蓋煮25分鐘。
3、接著再把絞肉與肉塊分鍋煮。
4、再把絞肉加入肉桂粉熬煮入味即成完肉燥。
5、青菜切段、放入滾水中,燙熟後撈起,淋上香油,蒜末拌勻,擺盤再淋上肉燥即可完成「台式滷肉」。
