In 1995, Lisa McPherson died after been locked alone inside a room for 17 days without food and water.
Who locked her inside the room?
The Church of Scientology.
Following her death, the Church of Scientology was indicted on two felony charges:
1. "Abuse and/or neglect of a disabled adult" and
2. "Practicing medicine without a license."
However, David Miscavige, the Leader of the Church, hired a team of hot-shot lawyers to "Fair Game" Joan Wood, the Medical Examiner. And, through intimidation and blackmail, they persuaded her to change the cause of Lisa's death to "accidental". As a consequence, the prosecutions case collapsed.

In 2007, a 20 year old boy, Kyle Brennan, died suspiciously while visiting his Scientologist father in Clearwater, Florida. Kyle had a minor psychiatric condition but, when the paramedics arrived, Kyle's medication was missing. It was later discovered by the Police hidden and locked inside his father's truck.

It is now known that the Church of Scientology is being investigated for culpability in Kyle's death. Moreover, the Leader of the Church, David Miscavige, may be DIRECTLY involved and indicted. Here are the critical facts regarding Kyle's death.

• When he found Kyle unconscious, his father's first call was to the Church of Scientology for advice on what to do.
• A Senior Church official was dispatched to the apartment.
• The official was JERRY GENTILE
• Gentile took 45 minutes to reach the apartment
• After an undisclosed period of time, TOM BRENNAN and JERRY GENTILE eventually called for an ambulance for Kyle
• Kyle was already dead when it arrived
• Who is JERRY GENTILE? He is the husband of DENISE MISCAVIGE
• Who is Denise Miscavige? She is the SISTER of DAVID MISCAVIGE; the Head of the Church of Scientology

From these facts, it is clear that Kyle's father was more concerned with protecting the interests of the Church of Scientology that he was of saving his son's life. He also put the church's policy if prohibiting psychiatric drugs ahead of his son's welfare.

In addition, it is virtually certain that through his sister, Denise, David Miscavige would have been aware of Kyle's death and would have been orchestrating the Church's response to it via Jerry Gentile.

Regarding the imminent litigation, who is formulating the prosecution of the Church of Scientology? These people:

Attorney Luke Lirot,
2240 Beelair Road, Suite 190,
Clearwater,
Florida 33764.

Steven E. Ibison,
Special Agent in Charge,
FBI Tampa,
525 West Gray Street,
Tampa, Florida 33609.

Bernie McCabe,
State Attorney,
Sixth Judicial Circuit,
Pinellas & Pasco Counties,
PO Box 5028,
Clearwater,
Florida 33758.

You might recognize Bernie McCabe from the Lisa McPherson trial.

  • Fuck the evil scam that is scientology, my grandmother just told me about a man she knew that got mixxed in with this family of scientologist, they had three daughters and he really liked one of them so he moved in with them. He had asthma that he had taken all his life but ofcourse they forbid him to use it when he moved in and he chocked to death, at his funeral his throat was puffed out. Thats so fucked up... just like how John Travolta let his son die by taking away his seizure medicine

  • I do not trust this church, its FUCKED up. These people do not deserve to die.

  • The New Yorker has published "The Apostate," a 24,000-word investigation into the Church of Scientology, examining many of its biggest controversies and focusing in particular on Oscar-winning director Paul Haggis' defection from the religion.

  • We need to start framing the $cifags. Plant some photoshopped child cp in their bathrooms, call the fbi, and watch the sparks fly...

  • IF YOU JOIN A CULT...........DIE WITH THE RESULT !

  • @snicks34 its ok they're lawyers, they aren't really human. & anyway its up to them to get the police top protect them who from what i can see are doing fuckall to arrest Miscavige so the laws an ass & deserves everything they get. Law doesn't arrest Miscarriage thus Miscavige will ruin the law lawyers & police. Surely their bribed ill gotten gains aren't worth the future karma.

  • @doyle6315 You idiot! Why would you give the exact address of the people who are prosecuting an orginization full of of crazy people! I'd be surprised if any of them are alive by the time they get a chance to bring the church to court.

  • Did DM ever get arrested? not bloody likely with all the crooked cops on the take.

  • They prey on the weak minded. It happens all too often, and just as often to smart people as to stupid people.
