There is a serious problem when a candidate is supported by a guy like this. I question it. But a real question is the comment is very unthinking. Asking our enemies is two-fold problematic. Views rarely are singular and a ruling class should definately listen to the people but never try to compromise to limit threat. That is a sign of weakness and historically is the worst decision made by many countries. Lets not become another England or France.

Ron Paul will win in a landslide. I hope the democratic party nominates Mike Gravel so at least Ron Paul will have an intelligent and honest person to debate against. We also need to get more honest politicians elected to congress. All the democrats voted to increase funding the war in Iraq and were against impeaching Bush. We need to clean the whole Corporate/AIPAC/special interest controlled house.

Because every congressman takes an oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution, every congressman should score 100 percent on a congressional scorecard based on constitutional principles. But that is far from the case, and in our latest index only Ron Paul (R-Texas) scored 100 percent in the House and only Tom Coburn (R-Okla.) earned a perfect score in the Senate. The average scores were dismal: 40 in the House and 38 in the Senate.
