Our processed and packaged food supply is inundated with artificial chemicals that give foods flavor, color, sweetness, and a long shelf-life. Over time, these chemicals build up in your body causing it to become confused, clogged, and locked into fat-storing mode.

Do you know that if Americans ate the recommended 5-a-day fruits and vegetables that our country would have to grow or import twice the amount of produce it currently does? Guess what the government currently subsidizes? Corn. You guessed it...to make corn syrup--one of the main ingredients of foods on our grocery shelves.
Diabetes, anyone?

  • when i was in china i was skinny like hell and now in usa... FAT OVERWEIGHT

  • We are a highly processed nation when it comes to our food supply. I advoided products with High Fructose and increased my fruit and vegetable intake and lost 114 lbs. In my last semester of college i had a class dealing with our food and came across a book called "The Omnivore's Dilemma" by Michael Pollan. i recommend it highly, and it will change your outlook on food.
