I recorded the first instrumental version back in 94, I played it for stephan on acoustic at his apt. in Oakland and then we recorded it on a demo in 95. Did they actually have the gall to play that at the Fillmore?

Thanks for your support and kind words.I wrote the music to Gorgeous. It was not on the second album because Stephan, Arion and Brad all voted to keep it off. I later learned that Stephan signed a publishing deal before the voting took place which required him to have at least 80% of the publishing rights on the album. The voting was a charade just like Third Eye Blind is now.

@motty32 I think they played it because of the large fan request. After he did, Stephan said he won't play it anymore.

Was here for this show. Don't know the song. Have heard it mentioned enough and it's as if this is the most treasured of demos/ b-sides or whatever that's out there so I'm glad to have witnessed it but it's a kc song so seeing it now just isn't the same. Not dogging Tony just saying

I'm kind of shocked they played this. This song rules, but I don't know how I feel about it played with the modern incarnation of the band. I by no means am a Tony hater (I love the man), but this is KC's song.
