hope invisalign did better for you than it did for me.
my ortho gave me braces for free after invisalign because it failed so bad.
and its cool that u have a viet bf, im viet too.

I know this is an old video. I have Invisalign too. You mentioned two things that made me wonder. You said your wisdom teeth are still in? Why didn't your dentist have them removed before the Invisalign process? What if they cause a problem after your teeth straighten out? Also you had some extractions. So did I, but I had mine done after the impressions were made and they digitally removed the teeth. Saved me money on the retainers and the wait from Invisalign. Just something to think about.

i used to have a retainer i ate with mine in, it just takes practice and cleaning it after.

I'm so far from being done with my treatment I can't answer that... I will say the space is closing more and more every day though :-)

I got my braces off, and I have a clear retainer, and I usually have mine off for like 3 hours a day. But my teeth dont look like, or feel like theyve shifted and my retainer still fits perfectly on my teeth. But if i cook my meal, I usually just wear it while im cooking, then take it off before i eat.

yeah, I was referring more to the Invisaligns needing to be in 23hrs. As far as cooking goes-I've learned that you can just taste it with the trays in and then brush them later when you're done eating. :oP Thanks!

haha :) when i had braces i had a dream about all my teeth falling out a couple of times, and i was terrorified until i woke up :) lol
