hey there! so about the androgel, shouldn't be too much of a problem at all to switch from that to the shot once you turn 18 if you start on the gel. i know this one guy ky did that. i think he was on the gel for like 2 months maybe then switched?? not sure. he posts vids: kyford23.

and about the gym, i get hella paranoid about that too, which is why i do like the 8 minute arm vid on youtube with like cans of like progresso soup. it works pretty well. also doing protein might help you bulk
