Mr. Millender is the Diploma Project Adviser (DPA) at Jordan High School in Los Angeles. Having grown up in the neighborhood around the school, he understands the problems his students face and what it's like to live in South Los Angeles. Hear him talk about what he and other DPAs can do to help students earn their high school diplomas.
